 Well,This was the problem which even i faced recently and found the solution for this and here im posting this ..so that if anyone is facing this problem this post may help them out !!

 Few days back I was upset &tensed regarding damage of accelerometer and gyro of my Lumia 920.
             My phone's display had broken and I replaced the whole display unit from a local repair shop. After replacing, my gyro, accelerometer etc were not working .when i went to the repair shop regarding this issue they said they cant help directly even after my long request

But i wanted to get this solves so later, I searched in net for the solution of this and i even noticed lot of similar complaints  were there in many forums, but no proper solution was available.then after that I downloaded service manuals of the mobile and I couldn't find where is the sensor for gyro and accelerometer is located. How ever I took a chance. On the display unit, there is a strip for power, volume and camera button base, there is a small IC additional on that strip. In a video of "how to dismantle and re install Lumia 920" it was mentioned, this particular sensor is the e compass. so I guessed the faulty part would be that IC. I took the old broken display unit and carefully removed that particular strip with the IC. then I replaced the strip on new display unit with my old one. And everything worked fine.

So, if any one face problem with gyro, compass, accelerometer etc... remember about this strip...

The latest game in this genre has just been launched by a team of creative developers in France. They used a crowd funding campaign to raise more than 31,000 pounds to turn their demo into a functioning prototype.

Web Sign-in will also be available via the fingerprint sensor. The functionality will allow users to replace the usual user name and password login with a finger swipe. Naturally, the login info will have to be stored on the device in order for the trickery to work.

The new fingerprint scanner features are all but certain to arrive on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy Alpha via an update. We will likely find out about its timeline after the Note 4 goes official.

Nvidia's about to take another hefty swing at portable gaming by announcing its Shield Tablet, an 8-inch powerhouse that runs on its Tegra K1 processor.
You may have already noticed that this is a different beast to the original Shield; Nvidia has separated the screen (now a standalone tablet) from the controller, the latter of which can be paired with the tablet but will be sold as a standalone piece of kit.
The reason for this is that Nvidia wanted to offer a tablet that 's not just a gaming device, but also functions as a day-to-day device as well. The slate packs an 8-inch Full HD display with front-facing speakers and some seriously powerful guts.
While we've seen entries in the gaming tablet market from names like Archos and Wikipad, Nvidia's goes well beyond Android gaming, being the first tablet to offer game streaming from a PC using Nvidia's Gamestream tech — you'll just need an Nvidia GTX 650 or higher in order to run it.

It's also the first tablet capable of streaming PC games from the cloud, Twitch, and running Nvidia's game-capture tool Shadowplay. And then you've got the option of Console Mode, which lets you beam Android and PC games to your TV in 1080p.

Myth: You have to use the Messenger app if you want to send messages to your Facebook friends.

Reality: While it's required to download if you are using Facebook's mobile app on the iPhone or Android smartphones, you can avoid it if use the Facebook messenger service on your desktop or laptop, iPad or even the mobile Facebook website.

Myth: The Facebook Messenger app's terms of service are different from and more intrusive than Facebook's own official terms.

What's upsetting people is the list of "permissions" they see when they download and install the app on an Android phone. It's a long list with 10 items, each of which states that the app needs access to features on your phone including contacts, calendar, location data and Wi-Fi information. On the iPhone, users don't get the list of permissions when they install the app, but when they use it, permissions pop up individually. Reality: The app needs permission to use your phone's microphone and camera.
